Problem:

An “Unknown Error” is seen in Revu 2015 and above, and the permissions settings are not applied to Projects and Sessions.

Solution:

WebDAV on the Studio Enterprise server may be interfering with the calls that Revu is making to studio. Disabling WevDAV will correct this issue.

  1. Use the Server Manager to remove the Role Service for WebDAV Publishing.
  2. Restart Bluebeam Services from the Bluebeam Studio Administrator application by clicking Tools > Restart Server.
