Opening PDFs

Opening PDFs in Revu is quick and easy. In addition to navigating to files located on a local or network drive, Revu also tracks recently opened PDFs and makes it easy to reopen them. Finally, Universal 3D (U3D) and Industry Foundation Classes (IFC text) files can be opened as 3D PDFs (see Creating a 3D PDF for more details about that process).

  1. Go to File >  Open or press CTRL+O. The Open dialog box appears.
  2. Navigate to the desired PDF and select it.
  3. Click Open.

Revu keeps track of PDFs it opens and makes it easy to reopen them. There are two ways to do this:

  • Go to File > Open Recent and select the desired PDF from the list.
  • Open the File Access panel and select the desired PDF from the Recents list.
