  • Bluebeam Cloud

Bluebeam Cloud (formerly known as Project Rover) is a suite of cloud-based solutions custom built for the AECO industry. With Bluebeam Cloud, you can create RFIs, log and track submittals, and add punch items to drawings while out in the field.

The Markup Editor is a Bluebeam Cloud feature that includes document management and markup tools. With this latest version of our cloud platform, the features, functionalities, and permission levels available to you are based on the subscription plan associated with your Bluebeam account: Basics, Core, or Complete.

In this article, we’ll go over access to features/workflows for each subscription plan, as well as the functionalities that are available.

Basics and Read-only accounts have Viewer permissions. A project Admin can assign Viewer, Member, or Admin permissions to Core and Complete subscribers.
