Revu registration errors

Problem

One of the error messages shown below appears when attempting to register your Bluebeam software.

Solution

Check your license certificate

The first thing you should do is confirm that the software edition (Standard, CAD or eXtreme) and version number shown in the Registration dialog box, along with the serial and product key you’ve entered matches what’s listed in the License Certificate that was sent from registration@bluebeamops.com.

Common Revu registration errors

The serial number and product key could not be validated

The number of authorized installations has been exceeded

You have entered a serial number for a different edition

The serial number and product key entered is for an older version of this product

An online connection could not be established. Please select ‘Get Authorization Code Manually’…
