Customizing Revu – Toolbars | Revu 2017 & below

This part of our FAQ series on Customizing the Revu User Interface focuses on the Toolbars located immediately below the Command Bar. These Toolbars allow easy access to various Revu functions based on the Revu Profile you’re currently using. However, depending on your workflow, they can be customized, moved, hidden, and locked in place, and you can even create your own personalized Toolbars.

To hide or reveal a toolbar, click Toolbars in the View group (View menu), and then click one of the available options. A list of default toolbars is shown below, but you can find more information about them and the functions they contain in the Bluebeam Revu Manual:

Advanced Font
Advanced Text Form (Revu eXtreme)
Alignment Line Style
Appearance Measure
Control Point Order
Digital Signatures Redaction (Revu eXtreme)
Document Rotation
Document Management Shapes
Edit Sketch (Revu 2015 or later)
File Text
