The mouse pans the document when it shouldn’t.
There are various causes for this issue. Try the following solutions in this order to resolve:
- The most common cause for this issue is a wireless mouse with low batteries. Replacing the batteries in your mouse may resolve the issue.
If you are using a wired mouse, try changing the USB port that it is plugged into.
- If your wireless mouse is still having issues, plug in a wired mouse, restart your computer, and then re-pair the wireless mouse.
- If the issue persists, ensure that your mouse and video card drivers are up to date.
