Bluebeam is moving Revu from a licensing and maintenance model to subscription. For more information, see the Bluebeam Subscription FAQ.

This article provides administrative information and solutions for Bluebeam Gateway admins. If you are a Drawings Uploader who is having problems distributing sheets, see No longer allowed to upload sheets to Bluebeam Drawings.

When a license appears under No Longer Eligible, Drawings Uploaders assigned to that license will no longer be allowed to upload sheets to Drawings. There are a few reasons why a license may be listed under No Longer Eligible, but in most cases, you will simply need to transfer Drawings Uploaders to an eligible license to restore uploader capabilities.

Potential Reasons your License is listed as No Longer Eligible:

Revu license has been partially upgraded

If your license was recently upgraded, Drawings Uploaders on your license may need to be transferred from the old license to the new one. This is the case when only a portion of the seats on your license were upgraded, rather than performing a full upgrade. Since Drawings Uploaders can only be assigned to one license at a time, you will need to transfer Drawings Uploaders present on your previous license to your new active license.

If you are a Gateway Admin, you can transfer Drawings Uploaders between licenses by following the steps outlined under Transferring a Drawings Uploader to a different license in the Bluebeam Gateway User Guide.

Maintenance has expired

Users who need to upload and distribute sheets will need at least Revu 2018 with active Maintenance. If your maintenance plan has expired, you will see the respective licenses under that account listed as No Longer Eligible. If you would like to renew your Maintenance plan, please contact us or your local reseller.

If you need to verify your maintenance plan, the relevant information is listed on the license certificate you received when the software was purchased. If you are unable to find this email, you can sign in to the Bluebeam Gateway to look up your information.

License has been migrated

If you have recently combined (consolidated) your licenses under one serial number, Drawings Uploaders present on the deactivated license(s) will be listed under No Longer Eligible. If you are a Gateway Admin, you can transfer Drawings Uploaders between licenses by following the steps outlined under Transferring a Drawings Uploader to a different license in the Bluebeam Gateway User Guide.
