A Drawings Uploader is no longer allowed to upload sheets to Drawings.
There are a few scenarios where a Drawings Uploader may lose their permission to upload sheets:
Deactivated by Gateway Admin
Your Bluebeam Gateway administrator may have removed your ability to upload sheets. Contact your Gateway Admin or IT department to be reinstated as a Drawings Uploader.
You’ve exceeded your sheet limits
The amount of sheets you can upload to Drawings is based on the number of seats attached to your Revu license. Your sheet limit can be viewed in the Gateway by your Gateway Admin. Please contact us if you’ve reached your limit.
The number of seats on your license has been changed
Your Drawings sheet limit is based on the number of seats attached to your license of Revu. If the number of seats on your license changes (due to a partial upgrade of your license, for example) your sheet limit may be lowered. Your sheet limit can be viewed in the Gateway by your Gateway Admin. Please contact us if you’ve reached your limit.
Revu license was partially upgraded
If your license was recently upgraded, Drawings Uploaders on your license may need to be transferred from the old license to the new one. This is the case when only a portion of the seats on your license were upgraded, rather than performing a full upgrade. Your Gateway Admin can transfer Drawings Uploaders between licenses by following the steps detailed here. If you need assistance transferring Uploaders to your new license, please contact us.
