Check your internet connection

Check your firewall security settings

Look up your version number

If you have an installation of Revu 2015.5 or 2015.6, you may experience problems as a result of licensing changes. To check your version, go to Revu > About. If you are attempting to register or unregister Revu 2015.6 or 2015.6, please contact us.
