If you’re unable to log in to Bluebeam Studio using Revu Mac because you’ve forgotten your Bluebeam Studio password, you can reset it by following the steps listed below:

  1. Open the Studio tab (or Option+C).
  2. Click the Connect icon.
  3. Click Lost Password in the Studio Login window.
  4. Click OK when the Studio Alert notification appears, and then follow the steps found in the email that was sent to the address associated with your account.

If the email doesn’t arrive in your inbox, please check your spam or junk email folder, and make sure that is on the approved list of senders.

Your password needs to be between 8 and 32 characters long, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character, such as !@#$%^&*.
