If you’re using the Revu or Vu app on your iPad and have forgotten your Bluebeam Studio password, you can reset it by following the steps listed below:

  1. Open the Studio tab.
  2. Tap Connect in the Studio toolbar.
  3. Tap Lost Password in the login screen.
  4. Tap OK when the Studio Message notification appears, and then follow the steps found in the email that was sent to the address associated with your account.

If the email doesn’t arrive in your inbox, please check your spam or junk email folder, and make sure that do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com is on the approved list of senders.

Your password needs to be between 8 and 32 characters long, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character, such as !@#$%^&*.
