How to register for Bluebeam University

To receive a Bluebeam University invitation, Org Admins must assign a Bluebeam Subscription Plan to themselves and end users. Check out our Subscription Management Guide for more information about assigning end users.

Your subscription plan includes access to Bluebeam University (BBU). After your Org Admin assigns you a subscription plan, you’ll receive an email invitation to register for your BBU account.

To complete the registration of your BBU account, select the link in your invitation email. Please note that this link will expire after 30 days.

If you can’t find the invitation email or if the link has expired, you must reset your password to finish creating your account. To do this:

  1. Go to Bluebeam University.
  2. Select Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your BBID.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from BBU.
  5. Select the link in the email to set a new password.

After creating or resetting your password, you can sign in to Bluebeam University. If you still need assistance with your BBU account, contact university@bluebeam.com.
