PDFs print as blank pages and print preview is blank

Problem

When you send a PDF from Revu to a physical printer, the pages print out blank, and the print preview is also blank.

Cause

This tends to happen when the Dim Page Content option is selected in the Print dialog.

Solution

To deselect this option:

  1. Select File > Print.
  2. Deselect the check box for Dim Page Content.

If this is unsuccessful, try the following steps:

  1. Select File > Print.
  2. In the bottom left corner of the Print dialog, select Defaults > Restore Defaults.
