Problem
Revu 20 is installed on your computer, but at some point, Revu 21 is automatically installed on your system without any notification. In some cases, Revu 20 shortcuts and icons are still on your computer but attempting to run Revu 20 fails.
Cause
The issue may be caused by remote management software (e.g. ConnectWise Automate, Qualys, Bitdefender, WatchGuard, Barracuda, etc.) flagging Revu 21 as an update for Revu 20 rather than an upgrade.

Solution
There’s no mechanism in the Revu in-app updater that would cause Revu 20 to upgrade to Revu 21. We recommend having your IT department check your remote management software for update rules and/or exceptions for Revu.
