Revu becomes unresponsive and crashes when editing autosized textboxes or callout markups.

Cause

This issue occurs when attempting to edit autosized markups that originated from Revu 2019 and older. Autosized textboxes and callouts placed using Revu 20 will work as expected.

Solution

This issue has been resolved in Revu 20.0.20. To update your software, go to the Bluebeam Download Center. If you’re unable to update your software at this time, see the solution below.
  1. Open Revu and go to Revu > Preferences (CTRL+K). The Preferences dialog box appears.
  2. Under Tools, select the Markup tab.
  3. Uncheck Autosize Text Box and Callout Markups and then select OK.
