The Revu font cache is corrupt and can’t be rebuilt. Every time you open Revu, the following error appears:
“Your font cache is corrupt, rebuilding now.”
Solution
You can fix this by deleting the FontCache.xml file, and reopening Revu:
Close Revu.
Click Start , then type or paste %ProgramData%\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\[Your RevuVersion Number]\Revu\
Ex. If you have Revu 20, you would paste %ProgramData%\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\20\Revu
Press Enter.
Right-click the file FontCache.xml and click Delete.
Reopen Revu.

Problem

In Windows 10, 8.1, and 7 SP1 for Revu 2016 and above
Close Revu.
Click Start , type or paste %ProgramData%\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\2016\Revu\ and press enter.
Delete the file FontCache.xml
Reopen Bluebeam Revu.
Where “2016” matches the year of the Revu version.
In Windows 8.1 and 7 SP1 for up to Revu 2015 and below
Close Revu.
Click Start, type or paste %ProgramData%\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\Revu\ and press Enter.
Delete the file FontCache.xml
Reopen Bluebeam Revu.
The ProgramData folder is normally hidden by default. Please do the following if you don’t see it:
In Windows 10 and 8.1 – Click the View tab in Windows Explorer and fill in the “Hidden items” check box.
In Windows 7 SP1 – Click Organize > Folder and Search Options. When the Folder Options dialog opens, click the View tab and then enable the “Show Hidden Files, Folders and Drives” option.
