PostScript (.ps) files remain in folder after printing to PDF

This article applies to:

  • Revu 20.2

Problem

When using the the Bluebeam PDF printer or the Bluebeam plugins with Revu 20.2 installed, a PostScript (.ps) file with the same name as the PDF is left in the source folder after printing. For example, if Sheet 1.pdf is printed to the Bluebeam PDF printer, a file called Sheet 1.ps appears in the same folder as the PDF and remains there until you delete it. Normally these files are automatically deleted at the end of the process.

Solution

This issue was fixed in Revu 20.2.20. Update Revu to the latest version to resolve the issue.

Troubleshooting

Revu 20
