How to print pop-up comments

The Print Pop-Ups option in Markup Preferences will enable you to print any expanded pop-up markups in Revu. To enable this:

  1. Select Revu > Preferences.
  2. Select Tools in the left sidebar.
  3. In the Markup tab, enable the Print Pop-Ups option.
  4. Select OK.
  5. Open all the pop-up comments that you would like to appear on the printed page. Double-click closed pop-up markups like Notes to open them.
  6. Once your pop-up makups are visible, select File > Print to print the PDF.

Can I print with the contents of my Note markups visible?

Solution

Yes, the Print Pop-Ups options in Markup Preferences will enable you to print any expanded pop-up markups in Revu. To enable this:
  1. Click Settings > Preferences, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+K.
  2. Click Markup on the left.
  3. Check the Print Pop-Ups check box.
  4. Click OK.
A list of Revu keyboard shortcuts is available in the Revu Help menu and on our website.
Double-click on any Notes or other markups for which you would like to have the pop-up comments displayed, and then click Print (Ctrl+P) to print with these pop-ups visible.
