Problem

Message displays when I try to log into Studio Project or Session:

“A validated e-mail address is required to login. A new validation e-mail has been sent.”

Bluebeam Studio allows you to create an account and start working immediately. An email message is sent to you when the account is created so you can validate your Studio account. If it isn’t validated within 7 days, this message will display when you try to log into Studio.

Solution

Assuming you’ve created a Studio account using Bluebeam Revu for Mac, or with your iPad using Revu for iPad or Vu for iPad, an account validation email was sent from do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com. Click the link in the email to verify your Studio account.

If you’re unable to find the email, then it’s probably in your Junk/Spam folder or being blocked by your email server. Contact your local IT support group if the email isn’t in your mailbox, so they can unblock the message. Once this has been done you’ll be able to validate your account and continue working in Studio.
