Studio Emails Aren’t Being Received in Revu for Mac (2.0)

Bluebeam® Revu® for Mac® 2.0

Problem

This message appears when attempting to log into a Studio Project or Session:

“A validated e-mail address is required to log-in. A new validation e-mail has been sent.”

Why Does this Happen?

Although new Studio accounts grant immediate access to Projects or Sessions, they must be validated within 7 days of creation. If the account is not validated within this time, it will be disabled and the above message will display when attempting to log in.

Solution

After creating your Studio account using Revu for Mac or Revu or Vu for iPad, you will receive a validation email from do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com. Click on the link in the email to verify your Studio account.

If you can’t find the email, it may be in your Junk/Spam folder or is being blocked by your email server. If the email is not in your inbox, contact your local IT support group. Once your IT group has resolved the issue, you can validate your Studio account and log in.
