Studio Emails Aren’t Being Received | Revu for Mac 2

You are not receiving either your Studio verification email or Studio invitations and notifications. 


Your emails are likely being forwarded to your junk/spam folder or being blocked by your network administrator. 


After creating your Studio account using Revu for Mac or Revu or Vu for iPad, you will receive a validation email from Check your junk/spam folder for the validation email if you haven’t received a message in your inbox. If you still can’t find the validation email, or if you’ve managed to verify your account but are still not receiving Studio emails, you’ll need to contact your IT department to unblock the messages.

If your department is using the SPF Record (Sender Policy Framework) to check authorized email senders, they will need to add the following IP addresses to the list of authorized senders:  


Once this has been done, you’ll be able to validate your account and continue receiving emails in Studio.

Enabling SharePoint integration through Internet Explorer
Revu can be integrated into the Internet Explorer browser so that an “Edit” option appears in the SharePoint dropdown. This requires making a modification on your locally hosted SharePoint server.

This integration is only supported on SharePoint 2007, 2010 and 2013.
This is a global change which therefore can’t be made on a site-by-site basis.

Download the icpdf.gif the following line into the file:

Save the change to then restart IIS. The service must be restarted before SharePoint users will see the change.
