You encounter the following error when creating a BBID or resetting your password:
“Error: “There was an error processing your request. Please try again and if the problem persists please contact us at email@example.com.”
Due to updated security requirements, your password can’t contain recognizable elements from the username and/or email address provided (see Figure 1).
Ensure that your password doesn’t contain elements of the username. For example, creating an account with the email ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ and using the words ‘test’, ‘experiment’, or ‘bluebeam’ as part of your password would cause this issue to occur.
