In order to receive technical support from Bluebeam®, your computer must meet the following requirements:
- Your version of Revu® must be running on an Operating System (OS) supported by Microsoft®. This means that if your computer runs Windows® 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista, or Windows 7, Bluebeam will support your software according to your Support tier, but will not perform extensive troubleshooting.

- Your version of Revu must be compatible with the OS on your computer.
Please refer to the Compatibility Chart to confirm which versions of Windows are compatible with your version of Revu.
- Your version of Revu must be supported by Bluebeam.
