You are unable to join Studio Sessions, and receive the error, “Access to the path ‘C:\Users\<YOURUSERNAME>\AppData\Local\Bluebeam\Users\…’ is denied.”

The anti-virus software, Webroot, is blocking proper access to the Studio files contained within your PC’s AppData folder.
Webroot is currently working on an update to correct this issue. In the meantime, see the workaround suggested in this thread on the Webroot community forum. They recommend that you deactivate an option within Webroot’s settings called, “Check files for threats when written or modified”.
