Updating Revu | Revu 2018

Custom settings, stamps, profiles, and tool sets are retained when you update Revu. When the new version of Revu is installed, your settings and files will be automatically copied to the appropriate locations.

How do I update Revu?

The quickest and easiest way is to update within Revu. Revu will verify the build and version you have installed and display a link to the correct update file.

To avoid installation conflicts, please make sure you’ve saved all of your work and closed all open applications. Windows may need to restart when the update has completed.
  1. Open Revu.
  2. Go to Help > Check for Updates
  3. Click on the Update to 2018.6 button.
  4. A dialog box appears asking where to download the update file. Choose a convenient location and click OK.
  5. Close Revu.
  6. In the Windows File Explorer, navigate to the location you chose and double-click the update file.
  7. Follow the instructions to install the update.
 

Can I directly download the update file?
