  2. Go to Revu > Preferences (Ctrl+K).
  3. In the Admin section, select the Extended Debugging box.
  4. Select OK.

Send log files to Bluebeam

To report an issue through Revu and create a support case with Bluebeam Technical Support:

  1. Open Revu.
  2. Go to Help > Report an Issue. From the Attach Log Files dialog, select Yes.
  3. Your default email application will open with a .zip file containing the log files.
  4. Include your contact information and as much detail about the issue as possible in the body of the email.

If reporting an issue doesn’t open your default email application, follow the steps below with your primary email platform to report the issue and send log files to Bluebeam Technical Support.

  1. Open Revu.
  2. Go to Revu > Preferences (Ctrl+K).
  3. In the Admin section, select Explore Log Folder.
  4. Save and attach the Logs.zip folder in an email addressed to support@bluebeam.com.
