Bluebeam Revu enables the centralization of all network settings for users within your organization. You can define a centrally located configuration path for all page size definitions, text stamps and settings that Bluebeam uses.
The following diagram demonstrates an example configuration:
In this example, a directory is created on a server and shared as U:\BBSettings\ for all workstations to use.
Select the Net Config tab.
Browse to the centralized location and click OK. A copy files dialog box appears.
Note: If you do not want users to make modifications to the shared network directory, set the folder permissions to read-only for the users. They will be able to point to the directory, but not be able to make modifications to the files within the directory.
