The Bluebeam Office Plugin allows users to create multiple page setup configurations and use centralized page setup configurations.
Note: If the Management screen is inaccessible and the settings associated with the Global page setups are grayed out, you don't have permissions to change the network configuration file. If you need to make changes, contact your administrator.
Click Manage. The Page Setup Management dialog box appears.
Page setup information is stored in an XML file, and its path is configured within the Path box on the management window. See Creating and managing page setups for more information about the management window.
In an enterprise setting, multiple workstations can point to the same XML configuration file if the file is stored in a centrally managed location. This makes the Global page setups, and the default settings, consistent across the organization. When the configuration file is located on a network, a copy of the file is cached on the local workstation so that, in the case of network failure or disconnection, the user can still work from the cached version.
For more information on how to centrally manage your organization's default settings, see Centralizing your Settings.
