The Form group contains commands and menus pertaining to the creation and use of PDF Forms. The Form tab and group only appear in Bluebeam Revu eXtreme.
Revu eXtreme comes with a separate help guide for Forms. To access the Form Help file, go to Help> 
Help > Form Help.
