copyInserting Pages into a PDF

The Insert Blank Page command creates new, blank pages and inserts them into the active PDF.

Note: Pages cannot be inserted into a PDF that has been digitally signed or certified.

ClosedInserting Blank Pages
  1. Open the PDF into which you wish to insert pages. Blank pages are automatically added after the active page, so if this is a multi-page document, advance to the appropriate page.

  2. Go to Pages > Insert Blank Page. The Insert Blank Page dialog box appears.

  3. To set a custom size, enter the Width and Height values.
  4. To define the orientation, select either Portrait or Landscape.
  5. Enter the number of pages to insert in the Page Count field.
