Bluebeam Cloud subscription features

Bluebeam Cloud (formerly known as Project Rover) is a new suite of cloud-based solutions custom built for the AECO industry. With Bluebeam Cloud, you can create RFIs, log and track Submittals, and add Punch items to drawings while out in the field.

The Markup Editor is a new addition to Bluebeam Cloud that includes document management and markup tools. With this latest version of our cloud platform, features, functionalities, and permission levels are available according to the subscription plan purchased with your account: Basics, Core, or Complete.

In this article, we’ll go over access to features/workflows for each subscription plan as well as new functionalities that are now available.

Field Tools

With Bluebeam Cloud, you can store and share data for your Projects in one place and access digital field tools on-the-go. Select a workflow category below to see the functionalities available for each subscription plan, as well as capabilities for collaborators without subscriptions.

Within Projects, Core and Complete subscribers can have Member or Admin permissions. Basics accounts can only have Viewer access. For more information, please see Permission levels in Bluebeam Cloud.
