Content issues when printing from Revit

Problem

Content is distorted, missing, or reformatted when printing from Revit to the Bluebeam PDF printer or plugin. 

This issue has now been resolved. See Solution at the bottom of this article for instructions on updating your Windows environment.

Cause

Recent issues using the Bluebeam PDF printer or plugin are related to cumulative Windows 10 updates known to be causing issues with network printers. This issue has been recognized in the following Microsoft support article and a resolution to the issue is currently being worked on. 

As this issue is a general problem affecting various PDF software services, the solutions provided below are intended as temporary workarounds. 

Solution

This issue has now been resolved in a recent Windows update. See the following Microsoft version updates page for more information on this release, as well as instructions installing the update.

If you installed earlier updates related to this issue, only the pertinent fixes will be downloaded and installed on your computer.
