Manage Studio Projects from Bluebeam on the web

Bluebeam on the web allows users with a Core, Complete, or Max plan to create, upload, share, and manage Studio Projects directly from the web.

Create a new Studio Project

Sign in to Bluebeam on the web and follow these steps:

  1. Select Studio Projects from the left sidebar.
  2. Select Create.
  3. Enter a unique project name.

Organize your files and folders

Add folders

To create a new folder after you begin a new Project or open an empty folder, select New Folder and enter a name. If you already have folders in the Project, select the New Folder button.

Upload files or folders

To upload a file, select Upload File and choose a file from your device.

To upload a file in an empty folder, select Upload > Upload Files.

Manage your Project content

Delete files or folders

Select the menu icon for the file or folder you want to remove and select Delete.

Rename Projects or files

Select the menu icon for the Project or file you want to rename and select Rename.

Share and collaborate

Invite users

As a Project owner, you can invite team members by email.

  1. Select the menu icon on the top right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Users.
  4. Enter the email addresses of your team members using commas to separate each address.
Studio groups can be added and modified in Revu only.

Restrict access

As the Project owner, you can set access restrictions as needed to control who can access the Project.

To deny access to a user, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the user's email address and select the menu icon.
  2. Select Deny.

To reauthorize a user, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the user's email address and select the menu icon.
  2. Select Allow.
