Use Studio Projects for iOS

- Bluebeam on an iOS device
Bluebeam allows you to join Studio Projects from your iOS device. As a Project host or attendee on iOS, you can browse folders, view revisions, and download drawings.
Join Studio Projects using a Studio ID
To join a Project using a Studio ID, follow these steps:

Tap Projects from the bottom navigation.

In the top-right corner, tap Join.

Input the Studio ID then tap Join.
The new Project will be added to your list of Projects you've created or been invited to.
Access Projects
Open Bluebeam on an iOS device and tapProjects to see a list of any active Projects you host or have been invited to.
Select a Project to view all folders and documents uploaded to that Project.
Check out and check in Project files
To check out a Project file, follow these steps:

Locate and open the file.

Select the
menu icon.

Select
Check Out.
To check in a Project file, follow these steps:

Locate and open the checked out file.

Select the
menu icon.

Select
Check In.
Access Studio Projects offline
You can work with and check in Project files while offline, and any changes you make will be in pending status. When you're back online, these changes will auto-sync and clear the pending status. While online, you can designate entire Projects, specific folders, or individual files for offline use.
Make files available offline
To make a Project, folder, or file available offline, follow these steps:

Locate the Project, folder, or file in the Bluebeam app.

Long press to select it.

Tap
Make Available Offline.
The file will be downloaded to your device, and an offline icon will appear under the file name in the
Projects tab. Any revisions made to the file will sync automatically when you're using the Bluebeam app and during nightly checks.
Remove offline files
To remove an offline Project, folder, or file, follow these steps:

Locate the offline Project, folder, or file in the Bluebeam app.

Long press to select it.

Tap
Remove from Offline.
Fill out form fields
Use existing form fields in your Project or local files to enter information, make selections, and capture approvals on the go. After you fill out a form, your changes are stored locally for local files or saved when you check in a Project file.
