My Documents replaces My Workspace

Bluebeam is upgrading your experience by moving from My Workspace to My Documents. Here’s what you need to know, when to act, and the new features you’ll enjoy.

What's changing

• My Workspace is going away. Use My Documents to access and manage your files from now on.
• All new uploads and shared documents should go to My Documents.

Key dates to remember

November 1, 2025

You can no longer upload or share files through My Workspace. Upload and share files through My Documents instead.

December 15, 2025

You can no longer view or move files from My Workspace to My Documents. You can no longer download files from My Workspace. If you still need your files, contact us at support@bluebeam.com.

July 31, 2026

My Workspace access ends. For help retrieving files before access ends, contact us at support@bluebeam.com.

Why switch to My Documents?

• Modern editor: Work in a clean, intuitive interface with more features.
• Measurement tools: Measure and set the scale on your documents for more precise work.
• Easy organization: Find and share files quickly with improved file management.

Move your files early to make the most of the new features and avoid missing deadlines. Here's how:

1. In My Workspace, select Move Files.
2. In the pop-up window, select the files you want to move.
3. Select Move.

After a file is moved, you’ll see it marked as moved to My Documents.

Access and manage your files

All your moved files will be available any time in My Documents. You can share, organize, and use new tools to get your work done.

To back up your files, you can also download any files from My Workspace to your device.
