Bluebeam Subscription Onboarding

Bluebeam Subscription Onboarding

Upon purchasing or upgrading to Revu 21, licenses are managed as subscription accounts. Like previous versions, you still need to install Revu 21, but now you no longer need to register with a serial number or product key. Here are your next steps:

Accept Invitation

After receiving your order confirmation, you’ll receive an email invitation for your new Bluebeam account to access Revu 21.

Account Details

Next, complete your account details. If you already have a Bluebeam ID (BBID), enter your existing account email and password. Otherwise, the information added here will be your new BBID.

Confirm BBID

Before you can manage your subscription or sign into Revu 21, you must confirm your BBID. You’ll receive an email to validate your account.

After confirming your account details and BBID, you are ready to start managing your Bluebeam subscription account for access to Revu 21, Bluebeam Cloud, and Studio! Even if you upgraded from Revu 20 or below, your new Bluebeam Plan won’t be available in the Bluebeam Gateway.
