Product support lifecycle policy
Bluebeam supports Revu and Bluebeam Cloud products for different lengths of time. Refer to the Support services overview for more information.

Revu
Length of support: 24-month rolling window
This includes all major and minor versions released in the last 24 months. It is recommended that you update to the latest Revu version within 12 months of its release.
After every release, Bluebeam reserves the right to block access to Studio for any users outside of the 24-month window.

Supported operating system versions
Bluebeam supports the latest and previous major Windows versions. For more information, see Bluebeam Revu Software Compatibility.
Bluebeam Cloud–Mobile
Length of support: Most recent 3 versions of the app
It is recommended that you use the latest version and opt for automatic updates in your device settings.
After every release, Bluebeam reserves the right to block access to releases older than the 3 most recent versions. If access is blocked, you will see a message in the app asking you to upgrade. You will be unable to access any functionality in the app until you upgrade.
