How to register Revu without internet
This article applies to:
- Revu 20
After you purchase the software, you should receive a license certificate from registration@bluebeamops.com, which includes your serial number and product key. If you’re unable to find your license information, see Find your Revu product key.
The following process doesn't apply to customers whose Revu installations use our cloud-based Open Licensing system, which requires a reliable internet connection in order to communicate with the registration server. Please contact your local network administrator to get the connection issue resolved.
- Access the Registration screen.
- Open Revu

- Go to the Revu menu, and click Register. A Bluebeam Registration dialog appears.
- Open Revu
- Complete the registration without internet.
- Enter the Serial Number and Product Key and click Register. A Bluebeam Registration dialog appears.
- Click Authorize manually, then Continue.
- Take note of the Serial Number, Product Key and Security ID.
- From a device with internet access, open a web browser and browse to https://activation.bluebeam.com/.
- Type your Serial Number, Product Key, Security ID and Computer Name.
- Click Get Authorization Code. Your authorization code will display on the next page.
- Take note of the authorization code and return to the computer where you are registering the software. Type the authorization code into the Manual Authorization window and click Authorize.
- Enter the Serial Number and Product Key and click Register. A Bluebeam Registration dialog appears.
Authorization is complete.
