A paid subscription to Org Admin Pro provides reports that allow an IT Admin or a Studio Admin to track total usage of Projects and Sessions, as well as the external collaborators participating in Projects and Sessions.

To run reports for activity in a data region outside the region you selected when you logged in to Org Admin, select another region from the Data Region dropdown at the top right of the Reports page.

To run reports for multiple data regions, perform the procedures in this topic for each data region.

Track Project and Session usage

The Usage Statistics report lists all users, by email and display name and provides the following information:

  • The number of Projects they own and attend.

  • The number of Sessions they own and attend.

  • Their last Studio login date.

To view and download the report results, follow these steps:

  1. In your web browser, type the Org Admin URL that Closedcorresponds with your region:

  2. From the left sidebar menu, select Reports.

  3. If you're running reports for usage outside the data region you selected when you logged in, select another region from the Data Region dropdown at the top right of the Reports page.

  4. Select Usage Statistics.

  5. Select Download CSV.

Track external collaborator participation

The External Participation report lists the Projects and Sessions attended by external collaborators who are outside of your organization. The report displays the following:

  • The collaborator email address

  • Participation in either a Project or Session

  • The Project or Session ID

  • The Project or Session name

  • The email address of the Project or Session owner

  • Access the collaborator has to the Project or Session

To view and download the report results, follow these steps:

  1. In your web browser, type the Org Admin URL that Closedcorresponds with your region:

  2. From the left sidebar menu, select Reports.

  3. If you're running reports for external participation outside the data region you selected when you logged in, select another region from the Data Region dropdown at the top right of the Reports page.

  4. Select External Participation.

  5. Select Download CSV.
