Manage Studio Projects and Studio Sessions | Org Admin Pro

A paid subscription to Org Admin Pro allows an IT Admin or a Studio Admin to manage Studio Projects and Studio Sessions for your organization.

Management tasks for Projects and Sessions include:

  • Transferring ownership of Projects and Sessions.

  • Deleting Projects and Sessions.

  • Restricting access to invited attendees.

  • Managing access by external collaborators.

To manage Studio Projects and Studio Sessions in a data region outside the region you selected when you logged in to Org Admin, select another region from the Data Region dropdown at the top right of the Studio page.

To manage Projects or Sessions in multiple data regions, perform the procedures in this topic for each data region.

Manage Studio Projects

Org Admin Pro allows you to manage Studio Projects. To manage Studio Projects, follow these steps:

  1. In your web browser, type the Org Admin URL that Closedcorresponds with your region:

  2. In the left sidebar menu, select Studio.

  3. Select the Projects tab.

  4. If you're managing Projects outside the data region you selected when you logged in, select another region from the Data Region dropdown at the top right of the Studio page.

  5. Select the Project you want to manage.

The Project Detail dialog for the selected Project allows you to manage the project.

The menu icon to the right of Project Detail allows you to perform the following tasks:

  • Transfer Ownership of the Project to another user.

  • Open the Project in Revu.

  • Delete the Project.

In addition, you can view the attendees and documents for the selected Project. When you've completed managements tasks, select Done.

Manage Studio Sessions

Org Admin Pro lets you manage Studio Sessions in the same way you can manage Studio Projects.

To manage Studio Sessions, follow these steps:

  1. In your web browser, type the Org Admin URL that Closedcorresponds with your region:

  2. In the left sidebar menu, select Studio.

  3. Select the Sessions tab.

  4. If you're managing Sessions outside the data region you selected when you logged in, select another region from the Data Region dropdown at the top right of the Studio page.

  5. Select the Session you want to manage.

The Project Detail dialog for the selected Session allows you to manage the Session.

The menu icon to the right of Session Detail allows you to perform the following tasks:

  • Transfer Ownership of the Session to another user

  • Open the Session in Revu

  • Delete the Session

In addition, you can manage the attendees and documents for the selected Session. When you've completed managements tasks, select Done.

Manage external collaborators

External collaborators are often invited to contribute to Studio Projects and Studio Sessions. These are collaborators who aren't part of your organization but whose input is requested and/or required. External collaborators have no permission or capabilities within your organization's Studio space. They can't create or manage Projects or Sessions.

If you're managing external collaborators outside the data region you selected when you logged in, select another region from the Data Region dropdown at the top right of the Studio page.

To view external collaborators, follow these steps:

  1. In your web browser, type the Org Admin URL that Closedcorresponds with your region:

  2. In the left sidebar menu, select Studio.

  3. Select the External Collaborators tab.
    The list of external collaborators provides each collaborator's name and the number of Projects and Sessions they're attending.

  4. Select a name from the list to see the External Collaborator Detail panel.

  5. Select the Studio tab to view all the Projects and Sessions they're attending.

  6. Select the ellipsis icon () to the right of External Collaborator Detail to either Block or Unblock an external collaborator from participation in Projects and Sessions.

  7. When you've completed management tasks for the collaborator, select Done.

Perform these steps for each external collaborator you want to manage.
