Update Bluebeam ID (BBID) account information

If you haven't forgotten your BBID login credentials and simply want to change the email or password associated with your account, follow the steps below.
Change your BBID email address
Before you change your existing BBID email address, save any work and sign out of all instances of Revu, Studio, or Bluebeam on web and mobile to prevent any potential communication errors.
- Go to your Studio server account page:
Select Server Region - Enter your BBID email address and select Next.
- Enter your BBID password and select Sign In.
- Under Email Address, select Edit.
- Enter a new email address and select Save.
You'll receive an email containing a link to validate your new email address. Go to your inbox, open the validation email, and select Change My Bluebeam ID.
Change your BBID password
Before you change your BBID password, save any work and sign out of all instances of Revu, Studio, or Bluebeam on web and mobile to prevent any potential communication errors.
- Go to your Studio server account page:
Select Server Region - Enter your BBID email address and select Next.
- Enter your current BBID password and select Sign In.
- Under Password, select Change Password.
- Enter your current password and then set a new password below. The password must be between 8 and 32 characters long, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character, such as !@#$%^&* .
- Select Save.
