Bluebeam add-in for Outlook is not available

New Outlook for Windows doesn't support COM add-ins, which includes the Bluebeam plugin for Outlook. This means that the Bluebeam plugin will not appear in the Ribbon within new Outlook. To learn more about the reason behind this change, see Microsoft's documentation.

Solutions

Use the Bluebeam Printer

Use the Bluebeam PDF printer to save any printable document as a PDF.

  1. From any program that can print to a printer, open a page to save as a PDF.
  2. Open the Print menu, usually File > Print.
  3. In the Printer dropdown, select Bluebeam PDF as your printer.
  4. Adjust the printing parameters as if you were physically printing the document.
  5. Select Print.

Use the default Microsoft Print to PDF

Similar to selecting the Bluebeam PDF printer, Outlook allows you to print a message as a PDF when you select Microsoft Print to PDF in the Printer dropdown.
