Error: "Your font cache is corrupt, rebuilding now."

Problem

The Revu font cache is corrupt and can't be rebuilt. Every time you open Revu, the following error appears:

"Your font cache is corrupt, rebuilding now."

Solution

You can fix this by deleting the FontCache.xml file, and reopening Revu:

  1. Close Revu.
  2. Click Start , then type or paste %ProgramData%\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\ [Your RevuVersion Number]\Revu\
    1. Ex. If you have Revu 20, you would paste %ProgramData%\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\ 20\Revu
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Right-click the file FontCache.xml and click Delete.
  5. Reopen Revu.
