Recover deleted Bluebeam Studio Projects or Project files and folders

To restore a deleted Project or a deleted Project file or folder, the Project owner or host must contact Technical Support using their BBID email address. They must include the nine-digit Studio ID of the Project and, if restoring a file or folder, also provide its name and the approximate date it was deleted.

If the Project owner or host is no longer with your organization, work with your IT department to send the email from the project owner's email address. Alternatively, have a manager, director, or someone from your IT department send an email to us stating that the Project owner is no longer with the organization, and you need access to the specified Project or file or folder.

Projects and Project files and folders can be restored up to 120 days after deletion.
