Track Session progress with statuses

Submittals, design reviews, permit packages, and RFI responses pile up fast, and a host or attendee can easily end up managing several concurrent Studio Sessions on a single project, each at a different stage of review. Sessions allow attendees to set statuses (Reviewing, Finished, or Waiting) to inform everyone else where they are without a single check-in message.

The status you select within a Session (either in Revu or web) will display in the Studio Sessions list in both Revu and Bluebeam on web. A host managing several Sessions can scan the Sessions list and sort by their personal status instead of opening each Session. An attendee with multiple reviews can see their own progress across every Session at once, without hunting for the one that's actually waiting on them.

After you open a Session, My Status is located at the top of the Studio panel. Select a status from the dropdown list or select Customize to define a new status.

The Attendees list displays the names of attendees, their current status (if any), as well as the document they're viewing.

Set a status in Bluebeam on web

Once you're in a Session, select Attendees (or Shared if you're a Session host) to view that Session's participants and status. Use the status dropdown to select a status. Custom statuses created in Revu will display in web, but you can't create new statuses in web.
