You’re prompted to sign in to Revu when you didn’t sign out

Problem

When you open Revu 21, you're asked to sign in even though you never signed out.

Cause

Seven days have passed without opening Revu 21 with an internet connection, or Revu 21 failed to renew a token. Reasons for an unsuccessful token renewal may be due to one of the following reasons:

• A poor internet connection

• Firewalls

• Problems with the licensing server

Solution

To renew the token, open Revu within 7 days while connected to the internet.
