Included with a Revu 21 subscription, Bluebeam on web and mobile is a suite of cloud-based solutions custom built for the AECO industry. With Bluebeam on web and mobile, you get access to:
- Documents - A space where you can store and mark up PDF drawings separately from any collaborative projects you've joined.
- Studio Sessions - An online collaboration tool that allows invitees to mark up the same PDF in real-time.
- Studio Projects - A cloud-based simple document management system.
- Smart Results - A space where you can view results from Smart Overlay and Smart Review.
Yes. A user's permission level is assigned when they're invited to a project and defines what that user can do within the project.
You can upload new PDFs to My Documents and new or existing Sessions or Projects that you've created or joined.
You can share your documents with other users by inviting them to My Documents. On the My Documents page, select the menu icon and click Share. Enter the email of the invitee, and click the Send icon. You can also invite others to collaborate with you through web browser using Studio Sessions.
Yes. You can use our web app via a supported browser. Bluebeam on mobile is also available via iOS app and Android app. To compare feature availability among platforms, click here.
Yes. You can join and create Studio Projects and Sessions directly from the web as well as access Projects and Sessions you've joined or previously been invited to. Spaces and Hyperlinks created in Revu will remain functional in Bluebeam on web and mobile.
The PDF will load unless it requires a password to access it.
To access Bluebeam on web and mobile and add files, you must have a Bluebeam plan. To accessBluebeam on web and mobile in Read-only mode, you must have a Bluebeam ID. If want a free trial of Bluebeam, click here.

Drawings that are imported in Bluebeam on web and mobile through an integration do not automatically sync. However, when you add a third-party document management system via Documents, Bluebeam on web will automatically save those changes.
The Bluebeam on web supports the following integrations: Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, Egnyte, Procore, and SharePoint.

Yes. Offline mode is supported in Bluebeam on an iOS device and Bluebeam on an Android device.
We currently offer regional data storage via servers in the US, UK, Australia, Germany, and Sweden. Data storage is through Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Paid and free users have different levels of access in Bluebeam on mobile. As a paid user, you get access to:
- Exporting Studio files out of the app
- Editing markups from Studio Projects
