On June 28, 2023 support for Revu 2019 & below will end, and you’ll no longer be able to access Studio with these versions. Upgrade to Revu 21 to ensure continued access to your Studio service and data.
This article applies to:
- Revu 2019
- Revu 2018
- Revu 2017 & Below
Revu 2019 and all previous versions are approaching End of Life (EOL). End of Sale (EOS) begins March 22, 2022 with the official End of Life (EOL) date scheduled for June 28, 2023.
Loss of functionality
- Some time after the official EOL date, access to Studio will no longer be available. When this happens, users won’t be able to launch/join Sessions, create new Projects, or add new files to existing Projects.
Studio Users: If you don’t plan to upgrade to a supported version, you should finalize your Sessions and download Projects before June 28, 2023. For more information about backing up your Studio data, visit this article.
Limited functionality
- After the EOS date, users can no longer downgrade to this version.
- After the official EOL date, license registration may continue to work but cannot be guaranteed due to third-party dependencies and the unsupported nature of these retired versions.
