Access Studio Projects for the web

After you sign in to Bluebeam Cloud with your Bluebeam ID (BBID), select Studio Projects from the left sidebar. Any Studio Project you've created in Revu or have been invited to will appear on this page.

Work with your Project files

To make edits to a Project file, you need to check it out:

  1. Locate the file.

  2. Select the lock icon to check out the file.

Add and edit markups

When you check out a file, you have access to the markup tools currently available in Bluebeam Cloud. Several Revu markups are partially supported or unsupported in Bluebeam Cloud. To navigate the pages within a document, use the navigation bar at the bottom.

To view markup data, set statuses, and reply to markups, select Markups in the top right corner.

By default, comments refer to text-based markups (e.g. text boxes and callouts), while shapes refer to all other markups.

When you finish editing, select the lock icon again to check in the file and save your changes. To check a file back in without any changes, select Check in without saving edits.

Download Project files

To download a Project file, follow these steps:

  1. Select the menu icon.

  2. Select Download.

View revisions

To view earlier versions of a file, follow these steps:

  1. Select the menu icon.

  2. Select Revision History.

  3. Choose a past revision.

  4. Select Open Revision.

After you select a revision, you may also download a copy of that revision.
