Studio Prime End of Life (EOL) effective December 31, 2025

Bluebeam is committed to improving your experience with integrations and user management. Our new centralized Org Admin Portal is compatible with SSO, creates seamless connectivity with the integrated applications, and no longer requires Studio Prime to enable integrations. As a result, Studio Prime will reach end of life on December 31, 2025.

Support timeline

After January 1, 2025

All new and renewal licenses of Studio Prime for user management features will have a limited duration of 6 months, ensuring the latest access up to December 31, 2025.

After June 30, 2025

All remaining licenses for Studio Prime integrations will go offline. Bluebeam will no longer sell Studio Prime for any use case, and Studio Prime will move to Legacy support status. If you require user management functionality, you will have the option to upgrade to the new experience in the Org Admin Portal.

December 31, 2025

Studio Prime will move to End of Life status, and users and software integration partners will no longer be able to access Studio Prime.

Studio Prime EOL FAQs

The primary functions of Studio Prime will be available in the new Org Admin Portal:

  1. Integrations enablement – Our new integrations platform no longer requires Studio Prime to access integrations.

  2. Studio user management – All user management capabilities will be centralized in the Org Admin Portal, giving you easier access and a better experience managing Bluebeam for your users. This includes subscription management, permissions and access management, and user insights.

  3. Studio insights – Studio insights will move to the Org Admin Portal directly within the Studio host experience and will also become available via new data APIs that you can integrate to consume insights into your in-house data solution.

If you use Studio Prime for integrations, you'll no longer need Prime to enable a supported integration. The Org Admin Portal creates a seamless experience that enables you to access connected applications.

If you use Studio Prime for Studio user management, you can continue to use Prime until December 31, 2025. Org Admin will have new user management capabilities that will be available to you in June 2025. We encourage you to migrate to our new Studio user management solution in the Org Admin Portal once it becomes available.

Most integration partners will have completed their migration to the Org Admin Portal by December 31, 2024. Remaining integration partners are expected to complete their migrations throughout the first half of 2025. The final deadline to migrate is June 30, 2025.

Existing integration partners are migrating to the new Org Admin Portal. If you use integrations, you should work with the integrations partner to upgrade to the latest version of their software as needed. Access links to these partners' websites on the Bluebeam Apps and Integrations page. With an active Bluebeam subscription, you do not have to update anything within Bluebeam to use integrations via the Org Admin Portal.

Yes—moving to the Org Admin Portal will enable you to use SSO/SCIM when using integrations, a capability that was not possible with Studio Prime.
