Studio Prime End of Life (EOL) effective December 31, 2025

Bluebeam is committed to improving your experience managing Studio users and data. As a result, Studio Prime has reached end of life on December 31, 2025.

To continue managing Studio users and data in 2026, you must migrate to Org Admin Pro. Org Admin Pro is now available for purchase and includes enhanced user management and security features.

Bluebeam no longer sells Studio Prime for user management. If you require user management functionality, please reach out to your Bluebeam reseller or account manager. If you don't have a reseller or account manager, please reach out to renew@bluebeam.com.

Studio Prime has moved to End of Life status, and users and software integration partners will no longer be able to access Studio Prime.

After December 31, 2025

If your Studio Prime contract extends into 2026, it's critical that you contact your Bluebeam reseller or account manager to ensure uninterrupted access to user management features through the end of your term.

Studio Prime EOL FAQs

The following Studio user management functionality is available in the new Org Admin through a subscription to Org Admin Pro:

  • Studio user management – All user management capabilities will be centralized in Org Admin, giving you easier access and a better experience managing Bluebeam for your users. This includes subscription management, permissions and access management, and user insights.

  • Studio insights – Studio insights will move to Org Admin directly within the Studio host experience.
