Bluebeam Integrations overview

This page equips Bluebeam users and developers with essential knowledge and tools to access and create seamless integrations between Bluebeam and third-party software.

You no longer need Studio Prime to enable or leverage a supported integration. The new Integrations platform creates a seamless experience that enables you to access connected applications and incorporate Bluebeam effortlessly into your workflows wherever you work.

Bluebeam Integrations cover a broad range of connection types—including plug-ins, API-driven integrations, and document management systems—that link Bluebeam with external applications to automate workflows and enhance collaboration. Whether you are importing files from cloud storage services like Microsoft OneDrive or Dropbox or building custom workflows using the Bluebeam Studio API, this resource supports your integration needs.

Leverage Bluebeam's powerful APIs and integration capabilities to automate processes, share data across teams and devices, and extend Bluebeam's functionality within your existing tech stack. With an active Bluebeam subscription, you can enable and manage integrations to streamline project workflows and collaboration via the Integrations Directory. Developers can access development tools and APIs via the Blueabeam Developer Portal.

Who are Bluebeam Integrations Users?

Access to Integrations is included with your Bluebeam subscription, enabling you to enhance workflows by connecting Bluebeam Studio with third-party software via API connections. These integrations allow seamless data sharing and collaboration between Bluebeam and external applications, streamlining your project processes.

Existing integration partners are migrating to the new Integrations platform by June 30, 2025. If you use Prime integrations, work with your partner representative to upgrade to the latest version of their integration as needed. Access links to these partners' websites in the Integrations Directory.
